About Us
Shipping & Delivery
We are Bonollo Provisions, a USDA inspected wholesale Foodservice Supplier selling a complete line of Beef, Chicken, Pork, Lamb, and Veal. We process various products such as Fresh Hamburg Patties, Fresh Hamburg, Steaks, Chops, Roast, and Poultry Products such as Portioned Chicken Breast and Whole Chickens cut your way.
 
We are a major processor of poultry, high quality grade beef, beef patties, shaved steak, portion cuts of steak, pork chops, beef and pork roast, and much more.  
 
All of our ground beef is verified to be 85-90% lean depending on your needs. We test the fat content of our ground beef daily. Our hamburger patties are available in various sizes including 2oz, 3oz, 4oz, 5oz, 5 1/2oz, 6oz, and 8oz. 10 Pound boxes of all of our portion sizes are made daily. 
All of our steaks are of the highest quality. They can be cut to your exact specification so you can serve your customers the best.
 
Here at Bonollo's Provisions, we employ the most stringent food service safety testing possible. Our plant is USDA and HACCP inspected daily. HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) is a systematic preventative approach to food safety which is used in the food industry to identify potential food safety hazards so that key actions can be taken to eliminate them.
 

When you turn to Bonollo's for your wholesale food service needs, you can rest assure that you are dealing with the leader in food service safety. All of our meats are tested twice for E. coli and other contaminents. Our product is tested both at the slaughter house upon aqusition and again in house in our facility.

Return Policy
We deliver within a 75 mile radius of Providence encompassing all of Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Eastern Connecticut.
Orders placed by 4:30pm are eligible for next day delivery.
Voice mail is available after office hours for changes or additions to existing orders.
Please note that all deliveries under $1000 are subject to a small fuel surcharge. Orders under $200 are also subject to a delivery charge.
 
 

 
 As you are aware, In the foodservice industry there is a growing concern over issues such as BSE, E-Coli 0157:H7, Salmonella, and Listeria (in ready to eat products).

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is the government agency responsible to oversee that all foodservice distributors manufacturing any fresh or cooked product follow all the USDA rules and guidelines. With the implementation of HACCP strict controls have been put on our procedures from receiving all products, storage of products, manufacturing products, shipping of products to even return of any products to us. Everyday the USDA works on a way to keep all products safe for all consumers, and they continue to do that by monitoring all USDA inspected Meat and Poultry plants closely. Bonollo’s as a USDA inspected plant has to follow all the rules and guidlines set forth by the USDA. There is a USDA inspector on our premises daily monitoring our Programs of Operations and Procedures to assure we are in compliance.

              Bonollo’s works with the USDA on a regular basis to assure all our customers get safe and wholesome products, whether it is a product we manufacture or just a product we distribute. This is very important to us and that is why we had to come up with guidelines for the return of any product to our Facility. We hope that these guidelines will not inconvenience you to much, and we hope you understand that these guidelines are to assure safe and wholesome product for all our customers and there patrons.

Guidelines are as follows:

1)      All customers should notify their sales rep or another sales rep when returning product from previous days deliveries. (This will assure we know the reason product is being returned and assure product pick up and credit)

2)      All products must be returned in the original shipping container, so there is still proper product identification (per USDA)

3)      Temperature / date Sensitive Products must be inspected by your company’s  personnel before signing the bill and must be returned the day it is received at the time of delivery, These products are all fresh Meat, Pork, Lamb and Chicken products, as well as all Milk, Eggs, Cream, Juices, Sour Cream, and other Dairy and Deli products.

4)      All Frozen products should be returned within 5 days, and must be kept frozen while in your establishment. (If not kept frozen, credit will not be issued)

5)      All dry products should be returned within 5 days (oil, pasta, soda, etc.)

6)      Special Orders cannot be returned, no exception!
